​​​This series will take you to the heart of yoga. You will gain an understanding of the key concepts of yoga philosophy and how you can apply them in your everyday life.

You’ll explore a range of techniques and learn how to adapt your practice to fit your unique needs and current situation.
​
Rather than focusing on achieving a set of poses, this course emphasises how movement can be used as a tool to cultivate a sustainable practice.

This is a transformational journey that will empower you, build your confidence, reconnect you with your innate wisdom, and grow your ability to navigate life’s challenges with more ease while learning how to embrace your successes fully.

KEY COMPONENTS

This series is fully online and consists of both lectures and practice sessions, there are seven in total and each runs for approximately 75 minutes.
​
Can’t attend the live sessions? No problem! You’ll have access to the recordings, so you can watch them at your convenience. At the end of the series, you’ll also have the option to join a Q&A session.
​
The next series begins on March 5th 2026, with enrollment closing on February 27th.
